Hide user accounts on Windows logon screen

To hide user accounts on Windows logon screen:

  1. run Registry Editor (at Run type regedit or regedt32 and press Enter)
  2. once in Registry Editor go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
  3. in the left panel, right click on Winlogon, select New and click Key
  4. type SpecialAccounts and press Enter
  5. in the left panel right click on SpecialAccounts, select New and click Key

NeverFail Heartbeat DNSupdate for servers not in AD

NeverFail’s Heartbeat allows installation of servers (nodes) in 2 ways:

SolarWinds Orion NCM, scripts and prompt

Sometimes you are going through scripts and these guys sometimes go to context where it actually changes prompt and that is causing NCM to stop understand what’s going on and in turn to disconnect from device and script not completing.

To suppress prompt checking use:

${DisablePromptDetection}
and then at the end
${EnablePromptDetection}
